Bethany are true Barossa icons, and with this wine they have produced an iconic Australian blend of Shiraz and Cabernet, with the two varieties complementing each other nicely.
Deep garnet purple. Struck match, blackberry, leather, earth, pepper and cedar. Medium to full-bodied, ripe and juicy with concentrated dark berry fruit, with dried herbs and liquorice, savoury tannins, plenty of chocolatey oak and a long finish.
