In the winery: After extended maceration on skins, the fruit was pressed off to a mixture of new and used French oak for 18 months.
In the glass: Dense red black garnet.
On the nose: Blackberry and blood plum with minty freshness.
On the palate: Very concentrated with attractive development showing intense black fruit power, savoury, herbal complexity, good development and excellent oak support. A soft Merlot starting to reach its peak.
