Pale gold with a fine bead. Aromas of citrus, peach, tropical fruit and bread shop. Light to medium-bodied, with a tight, creamy bubble, a core of lime, grapefruit and poached pear, notes of graphite and dried ginger, drying acidity and a crisp finish.
