This Camelback Sauvignon Blanc 2015 by Galli Estate is a classic example of this variety that is ideally suited to the cool grape-growing region of Sunbury.
 
In the glass: Pale lemon green.
On the nose: Bright herbaceous citrus aromatic lift with touches of gooseberry, brown spice and herb.
On the palate: Lovely juicy texture throughout with lovely layers of citrus and tropical flavours, lemony acidity and savoury persistence.
