Capel Vale says their limited release Cellar Exclusive range is made using cutting edge viticulture in WA’s cool climate vineyards combined with modern wine making. This Riesling is a reflects this process with its racy, mouth-watering appeal.
 
Presenting a medium straw yellow appearance, this Riesling has a nose characterised by lifted ripe citrus aromas. Lemon and lime fruit is displayed on the palate with elevated green apple-like acidity that’s refreshing, racy, mouth-watering and long. A great example of a regional style.
