Cappa Stone is very much a boutique, family-owned and run business, and though based near Mildura they sourced premium fruit from Bendigo for this delicious Cabernet.
Deep garnet purple. Blackcurrant, mulberry, mint, cassis, cola, iodine and chocolatey oak. Juicy entry of ripe dark berry fruit with soft yet ferrous tannins, exotic spice notes alongside the sweet fruit, supported by mocha oak and fresh acidity.
