Crafted by veteran winemaker John Cassegrain, this delicious 2014 Edition Noir Durif opens with a dark plummy nose with a touch of bramble and vanillin oak. Ripe, dark and generous, the palate delivers long, savoury and mouth-watering texture and firm but fine tannin depth. The oak is toasty but well balanced.
