Un Segreto Sangiovese Shiraz 2005: This incredible blend has fine, dusty tannins underpinning the core of dark red and black fruits with the sweet perfume of rose, redcurrant, cassis and spice adding appeal. Secondary savoury flavours are coming through including chocolate, mocha, and a touch of leather. It has a good line of acidity and a lovely long finish. Stunning!
Genesis Syrah 2005: Powerful earthy, savoury aromas of herb and liquorice lead to a rich, ripe and concentrated palate. Still youthful with tight, powdery tannins, it’s Rhône-like with a great future ahead.
