In the winery: A portion was barrel fermented to add weight and texture, then blended with the tank fermented portion to give balance.
In the glass: Pale lemon.
On the nose: Quite delicate yet complex tropical aromas.
On the palate: A fuller style, plush and layered with a solid tropical fruit core, bright lemon zest-like acidity, luscious length and toasty persistence.
