Crisp, refreshing white varieties like Sauvignon Blanc thrive in Margaret River’s Mediterranean climate with its cooling ocean breezes. The result is a pale straw coloured wine with some passionfruit and tropical aromas, along with more herbal notes of fresh cut grass and basil. It has a delicate and refined palate that’s quite dry with gentle balancing acidity. From an excellent vintage, and unmistakably Margaret River in style.
