Cornelian Bay, on the Derwent River, is where Helen Burge, the family matriarch grew up. Helen always wanted to make wine from her home state to honour her family heritage.
Youthful dark ruby. Fresh red and dark berry fruit with hints of undergrowth and pepper. Cherry and raspberry with light toasty oak, woody herb and stalky notes, black pepper and cola complexity and fine, drying tannins on the long finish. Lovely.
