As the name suggests, fruit for this Chardonnay has been sourced from independent Mornington Peninsula grape growers with whom Crittenden Estate has great respect and a long-standing relationship.
A wine with class and complexity, this Chardonnay is reminiscent of Chablis with spice, butter, peach and lemon aromas. Fine and tight, the palate full is full of apples, pears and some attractive savoury layers. It boasts a soft and creamy mouthfeel with clever complexity and great acid structure with loads of ageing potential.
