Winemaker Chester Osborn has crafted a ripe and flavoursome Riesling, using fruit from McLaren Vale and Adelaide Hills, which is drinking well already.
Pale and bright with a green hue. White peach, sweet lemon and green apple. Sweet fruit entry of stonefruit, grapefruit and pear, slatey minerality, a saline layer, fresh acidity to balance the touch of fruit sweetness, and a flavoursome finish.
