De Iuliis Semillon 2017

Fast becoming a top tier winemaker in the region, Mike De Iuliis again delivers a Hunter specialty in this finely honed and chiselled Semillon.
 
In the glass: Fine straw with a green hue.
On the nose: Bright and clear lime and lemon with hints of tropical kaffir lime perfume.
On the palate: Vibrant and refined with a nicely focussed green citrus flavour core, which is long and velvety finishing with fresh grapefruit-like acidity. It’s lovely to enjoy now, but it will also age beautifully.
