Peter Pollard carefully selected fruit from two Langhorne Creek vineyards and softly pressed the grapes to preserve the bright varietal fruit characters.
Pale with a silver fleck. Pear, apple, citrus and subtle peach on the nose. Quite rich and full-flavoured with nashi and stonefruit, grapefruit-like acidity, soft and creamy texture, talc-like minerality, and a refreshing acid finish.
