When it launched in 2005 Eagle Vale was named by James Halliday as one of the 10 best new wineries in Australia and they’ve gone from strength to strength ever since. This Shiraz is bright, deep red in the glass with aromas of dusty plum and red fruits. The long, intense palate is very rich, ripe and juicy with a nice touch of lifted spice and a dark core of fruit and cedary oak.
