In the glass: Bright pale yellow.
On the nose: Fragrant mix of lemon, fresh straw, green herb and chamomile.
On the palate: Soft and juicy with a lovely quinine-like texture showing the expected lemon, talc and herb varietals and clean, mouth-watering acidity. A vibrant, tight and juicy wine that ticks the boxes for Hunter Valley Semillon.
