The cool 2021 vintage in the Eden Valley was ideal for Shiraz, and produced wines like this one that can be consumed young or cellared with confidence. A monster!
Opaque inky crimson. A powerhouse of cola, iodine, raspberry jube and plum compote. Opens with a riot of blackberry and briarberry, sarsaparilla and milk chocolate, with mouth-filling satiny tannins and plenty of mocha oak in balance with the fruit.
