Eppalock Ridge Susan's Selection Shiraz Cabernet Merlot 2010

Grapes for this classic blend of Shiraz (60%), Cabernet (25%) and Merlot (15%) were sourced from two vineyards in the Heathcote region near Colbinabbin, where vineyards benefit from the temperate climate and cooling winds from the south.
 
This bright, deep red coloured gem shows aromas of sweet plum, earth and mint. The palate is ripe and generous with a lovely vein of acidity keeping it fresh and elegant, well balanced dark berry fruit, toasty oak and gentle tannins.
