For many years Frankland River has made great Cabernet – it’s only now that we are seeing how good the Malbec is too.
In the glass: Dark red.
On the nose: Spicy vanillin oak under earthy black fruit.
On the palate: Pristine and vibrant red and dark berry fruit with solid, chewy tannins, good texture, cedary oak and youthful, varietal dry finish. Needs time to show its best.
