This bottle fermented Pinot Noir Chardonnay Rosé is made from fruit grown in the elevated cool climate regions of the Adelaide Hills, Alpine Valley, and Eden Valley.
Pale salmon orange with a pink hue. Lifted aromas of red berry, dried herb & dusty mineral notes. Clean & bright with generous texture, deep and supple core of fruit, nutty elements and hints of wood smoke. Very savoury with a dry finish.
