Haddow + Dineen is a collaborative winemaking project from cheesemaker, Nick Haddow, and winemaker, Jeremy Dineen with the aim to make small batches of intensely Tasmanian wines.
Medium lemon straw. Pear, quince, baked apple and brioche. Very complex, rich and powerful with a deluxe feel from start to finish, showing masses of tarte tatin and pear, creamy texture, silken acidity and a long, complex finish.
