An intriguing variety hailing from north-east Italy, that is gaining traction here in Australia. We were impressed with its flavour profile and sheer intensity!
Inky red to black. Intense blackberry saturation with sarsaparilla, prune and iodine. Massive black fruit richness of inky prune and tar, with lashings of fruit, tannins and astringency. A monster and an excellent example of the variety.
