Planted in 1999 with the sole objective of making single vineyard Shiraz, Heathcote Estate is one of the finest producers of Shiraz in Victoria.
Bright red purple. Lovely harmony of ripe black plum and briarberry, kitchen spice and rose petal. Concentrated yet fine with dense black fruit flavours and red berry freshness, plush and fine tannins, and hints of black olive and cardamom persisting.
