In 2006 Hollick planted what they thought was the Spanish grape Albariño, however it was subsequently discovered that the cuttings were the French grape Savagnin. Delicious.
Pale and bright. Melon, pear, lime and sea spray. Ripe, vibrant and energetic with a juicy core of white and yellow fruit, with good richness throughout, melon-like texture, vibrant acidity and a mouth-watering appeal. Drink young and fresh.
