Iron Cloud Rock of Solitude Cabernet Malbec 2014

In the winery: After fermentation it underwent malolactic fermentation, which allowed a soft integration of the grape and oak tannins, followed by 15 months of barrel maturation.
In the glass: Inky red black.
On the nose: Rich mix of briar fruits with a hint of prune and leaf and spearmint freshness.
On the palate: Alluring with a solid core of concentrated black fruits and spicy tannins giving great flavour weight and depth.
