A blend of Pinot Gris, Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc, which is partially barrel fermented to bring complexity, body and length.
Very pale copper hue. Pear, apple, peach and florals. An eclectic varietal mix with a blend of white and yellow fruit, some interesting spice notes, fresh acidity, silken texture and easy-drinking appeal. More savoury that fruit-driven with good texture.
