This wine made by Drew Tuckwell, one of the best Sparkling winemakers in the country, and certainly a standout personality in his home in NSW's Orange.
Pale lemon. Grapefruit, apple and shortbread. Vibrant and fresh with tightly-wound acidity driving the yellow and white fruit core, creamy mousse and mouthfeel and some savoury pastry and bread notes to finish.
