K1 by Geoff Hardy Grüner Veltliner 2012

Grüner Veltliner, an Austrian variety from the Traminer family, has been grown with great success in the Adelaide Hills and Geoff Hardy says his 2012 vintage captures “the old-world essence of Austria and modern vibrancy and clarity of Australia.”
 
Medium yellow with a hint of bronze in the glass, it presents light citrus and almond aromas leading to a medium bodied palate full of positive fruit flavours and hints of peach and ginger on the finish.
