Katnook was one of the first producers to release Sauv Blanc, decades before it soared in popularity, and this one, with a few years in bottle has loads of flavour.
Medium gold. Lifted citrus, gooseberry and spun honey. Palate has loads of flavour with plenty of stonefruit, citrus and passionfruit flavours and racy acidity. A fuller- bodied style with light toasty characters adding another layer of flavour.
