La Bohème Act Two Dry Pinot Noir Rosé 2014

Dame Nellie Melba was from the Yarra Valley so De Bortoli chose to name this range after La Bohème, one of her most famous operas. This Rosé is a is an excellent foo-friendly inclusion and perfect with dishes like melon wrapped in prosciutto.
 
A pretty salmon colour with a hint of pink, this Rosé delights with spicy red berry fruit lift on the nose with background talc. The racy and savoury, yet juicy palate offers delicate layers of red beery fruits, subtle candied notes and mouthwatering supple acidity.
