Whilst the Barossa is renowned for its German heritage, there is an important Italian influence too, and this blend of two Italian varieties makes for a classic food wine.
Bright deep ruby. Cedar, spice, dark berries and fruits, and a hint of roast capsicum. Medium-bodied with a core of blackberry and mulberry, notes of baking spice, and wood smoke, savoury and fine tannins, and an ironstone and pepper finish.
