Leconfield Cabernet Sauvignon has been the flagship of Leconfield since the first release in 1997. From an excellent year in Coonawarra, this outstanding 2013 vintage opens with a rich nose of dense curranty fruit, liquorice, mint and cedary oak. The palate is concentrated yet retains elegance and poise showing perfectly ripe, silky tannin depth and never-ending velvety length.
“A classic Coonawarra Cabernet with not a rough edge in sight, and one that offers excellent cellaring opportunities over the next decade and beyond, yet is absolutely delicious now!” - Trent Mannell, Wine Selectors Tasting Panel Member.
