Jo Irvine sourced fruit from old vines in the southern Barossa Valley. Genetically related to Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc is less tannic and more aromatic. Very varietal.
Deep crimson. Fine and floral with raspberry freshness and notes of lavender, smoked tea and charcuterie. Elegant and complete, with a jubey fruit core, satin-soft tannins, integrated oak, and a spicy finish with notes of wood smoke persisting.
