Winemaker John Baruzzi sources fruit from key regions, and for his Falcon Ridge Pinot Grigio 2022, fruit is sourced from Orange in NSW. His 40-plus years of winemaking experience shows in all of his wines. The palate of this Pinot G shows a riot of white and green fruit, with a subtle nutty layer, silken texture and creamy mouthfeel, and lively acidity extending the finish.
