A legend in the local winemaking scene, David has taken fruit from his best Shiraz block to craft this rich and supple wine which could be described as a 'gentle giant'.
Deep, dark red. Plum, dark cherry, earth and cedar aromas. Quite rich and jubey with a supple mix of blackberry, mulberry, dark cherry, black olive and earth, firm tannins and a dry, savoury finish. Really evolves in the glass - decanting recommended.
