The Lowe Tinja range of wines are made by David Lowe in his winery on Tinja Lane, from grapes grown on two of NSW’s highest mountains, Mount Canobolas in Orange and Nullo Mountain which overlooks the Bylong Valley, in the Mudgee wine region.
Full deep red in the glass, this Shiraz opens with quite dense, inky dark fruit, prune, mocha and black pepper aromas. The appealing palate is deep and fleshy with muscular black fruit depth, chewy, coffee-like tannins and spicy length. One for the cellar.
