Vermentino hails from the warm to hot Mediterranean climate of southern Italy, and is perfectly suited to the conditions of central Victoria. Quite opulent and floral.
Pale lemon green. Dried herbs, white peach, grapefruit and preserved lemon. A rich and ripe example of the variety with underlying textural elements under stonefruit and citrus, subtle herb and spice notes, and some chalk-like elements persisting.
