A preservative-free wine made by Aaron Mercer from Shiraz grown in Hilltops, and Montepulciano from Central Ranges. Delicious young-drinking with masses of flavour.
Youthful red purple. Cassis, plum and mulberry perfume. Fresh and juicy dark berry fruit in a primary, jubey joven style with light, crunchy tannins, fresh acidity and a supple texture. Dangerously drinkable - enjoy young and fresh.
