Monkey Place Creek, by the Hunter Valley’s Mount Eyre, was named after the fact that convicts who built the road near the property saw what they thought were monkeys in the trees, which turned out to be koalas!
Elegant straw with a green hue in the glass, this is a Chardonnay that allures with fine yet intense aromas of nectarine, green melon and light oak. A bright and tight style, it has delicate flavour balance and fine use of quality oak, while crisp acidity provides balance and terrific potential.
