The Old Paddock was planted in 1921 using cuttings from Old Hill vineyard, producing different wines from Old Hill. An intriguing, complex and classy Shiraz.
Medium ruby. Fragrant lift of blackberry, plum, white pepper, black tea and toasty oak. Medium-bodied, fine and bright, with good red fruit saturation throughout, attractive earth and savoury spice elements, long acidity, and cedar oak support.
