Referring to the peak of Mt Olympus, Mytikas is a sub-range from Sorby Adams, using fruit from a vineyard in the Adelaide Zone - a great addition to their core Barossa range.
Pale pink with an orange hue. White mushroom, macerated strawberry and white peach aromas. Quite textural, with a ripe and juicy core of melon, pear and musk, an underlying earthy layer, fresh acidity, and a rich, juicy finish.
