Parched Crow are a small Hunter producer and their 2022 Semillon is fantastic. It's bright and long with the favourable vintage conditions apparent.
Very pale with a green hue. Clean, bright and lifted aromatics with lemon zest, kaffir lime leaf, lemon verbena and jasmine. Precise entry with soft acidity maintaining length and persistence, and juicy melon and citrus core depth.
