The Catlin Sorella Montepulciano 2016 was crafted from premium Clare Valley fruit and is divine served with slow-cooked Italian classics like pork ragu with pappardelle. It’s a rich and decadent wine with black fruit in full concentration, a fine yet muscular tannin foundation, obvious yet delicious oak and supple acidity providing freshness.
One of the newer additions to Claymore's line-up, the 2018 Blackbird Sangiovese is drinking well now and over the next year or two.
