Made from Chardonnay fruit, predominately from the 2008 vintage, this Sparkling Chardonnay is pale lemon with a green hue, and has lovely fresh aromas of lemon zest, green apple and vanilla shortbread with a fine bead. The palate is delicate and elegant showing pure lemon, Granny Smith fruit and complex leesy notes. It finishes with firm acidity and refreshing length.
