In the winery: During fermentation, one vat was fermented with 50% whole bunches, adding a dried herb dimension.
In the glass: Bright garnet red.
On the nose: Fresh dark cherry and blood plum with varietal stalk and earth.
On the palate: Refined and juicy with a sweet core of cherry and strawberry, silken mouth-feel, fresh acidity and background vanillin oak.
