Not your average Sauvignon Blanc, this wine was fermented cool with thiol-releasing yeast, and matured for three months on fermentation lees to impart complexity.
Pale with green freshness. Fresh and floral aromas of citrus, stonefruit, gooseberry and struck match. Rich and full-bodied with flavours of peach and passionfruit, limey acidity, creamy mouthfeel and texture, and a sweet-fruit finish.
