Rosbercon is a label by Tisdall Wines, a pioneer of Central Victorian viticulture. However, they’ve sourced fruit from Coonawarra to craft a classic expression of Cabernet.
This full, deep red coloured Cabernet exudes savoury red berry, cassis, violet, earth and leaf aromas. The palate is youthful and vibrant showing cassis, plum and currant fruit with good minty regional notes, a concentrated tannin frame and zesty, mouth-watering length.
