This wine is dedicated to a forefather of the Salomon family who had established St. Ignatius College in the Adelaide suburb of Norwood in 1870. 90% Shiraz and 10% Cabernet.
Deep red. Aromas of blackcurrant, blackberry, eucalypt, pepper and vanilla. A robust and flavoursome blend, with both varieties showing their characters, blue and black fruit core depth, savoury pepper and spice notes, deep tannins and plenty of oak.
