From the creative producer Ted's Place, their Scorza (Italian for zest) Prosecco, is crafted from using fruit from Victoria's King Valley, Prosecco's Australian home.
Pale straw with a fine bead. Citrus pith, green apple, stonefruit and mineral salts. Light-bodied with a soft bubble, with notes of lemon and peach, a lick of fruit sweetness balanced by soft yet crisp acidity, and a sherbety finish.
